About Us
We believe that outcomes are important, keeping people safe and protecting the organisation’s reputation. All to often organisations focus on the written documentation to the detriment of these outcomes.
Focusing on developing a robust and resilient safety culture and the ability to deliver an effective response to safety events and incidents are our priority. Such a mindset will ensure the on-going development of legally compliant polices that are fit for purpose, specific to the organisation and its people. Policies and procedures are absolutely necessary but they should not overwhelm and eclipse positive outcomes but rather promote clarity, effectiveness and excellence.
Our message is that delivering health and safety should not be seen as a burden but as a means of enabling effective business by reducing costs, improving productivity and enhancing organisational reputation. Effective implementation can also lead to improved efficiency and minimise unnecessary risks to the business.
We fully appreciate the need to keep up with the ever-increasing list of compliance issues and risk management in busy environments. Understanding that some organisations may not have a dedicated Compliance Manager, or the expertise and experience to comprehensively manage compliance issues, Safe System Risk Management has been formed to offer a one-stop-solution to support Business Leaders.
Our Team can work with you collaboratively with a range of compliance topics that directly relate to the regulatory inspection regime of Authorities and Statutory Agencies.
Our consultants have a wide range of expertise. This is primarily drawn from the Emergency Services, Education Sector, Service Sector, the Military and Adventurous Activities.
